At SR Services, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service. Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped, though we often ship sooner. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
For deliveries within the USA, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please note, if you have made your payment using an e-check through PayPal, your order will ship only once the payment has cleared.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days, please check your junk or spam folder. Should you still not find it, feel free to email us, and we will gladly assist you.

If your tracking information indicates that your shipment has been "DELIVERED," but you have not received it, please reach out to your local post office for help. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve delivery issues as they are managed solely by the U.S. Postal Service. Please contact them for any concerns, including damage, theft, or misdeliveries.
